Refund policy

• Cleanup Pass ($199): full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and no merge or bulk edit was run with it. After the first merge or edit, refunds are at our discretion (for example if a blocked merge made the pass useless for your data).
• Monitor ($29/month): cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. The first month is refundable within 14 days on request. A full refund (or a chargeback) of a Monitor payment ends Monitor at once and cancels the subscription, so nothing more is charged.
• Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Write to support@atesensoftware.com with your order e-mail, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
• This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have.
