Terms of service

Last updated 5 October 2026. These terms are between you (the firm or person using Tidyroll) and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye.

1. The service

Tidyroll connects to your Clio Manage account through Clio's API to find duplicate contacts, merge them on your instruction, and bulk-edit contact fields. Tidyroll is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Clio. It is not legal advice.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be authorised to connect the Clio account and to change its data. You review every plan before confirming it; merges and edits run only on your typed confirmation. Keep your own backups/exports as required by your professional rules.

3. Plans and payment

Cleanup Pass: $199, one-time, 90 days of access for one Clio account. Monitor: $29 per month until cancelled. Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record; its buyer terms apply to the purchase. Prices exclude taxes that Paddle adds where required.

4. Limits

Clio's API rate limits apply; large jobs can take hours. Some records cannot be merged (bills, trust/bank transactions, credit memos, payments, balances, portal or co-counsel access) and will be blocked. Features depend on Clio's API and may change if Clio changes it.

5. Undo and liability

Changes are journaled and can be undone for 30 days, except where a record was changed in Clio after our change. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Termination

You can disconnect and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or Clio's API.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
